Why Smart Steps

People who care.
A place to belong.

The single biggest difference in any early learning centre is the people. At Smart Steps — a family-run centre, not a national chain — our educators are chosen as carefully as you'd choose them yourself.

The faces behind the care

Qualified and committed

Every educator holds (or is actively working toward) recognised early childhood qualifications, holds a current Working With Children Check, and is trained in first aid, child protection and our centre's practices. [Confirm specific qualifications/first-aid coverage.]

Led by educators

Smart Steps is led by brothers Elias and Anthony Haddad, who spent six years running Kalibre Education, a K–12 tutoring centre in Punchbowl, and who bring Arkki's Finnish creative pedagogy into the centre. This is a team that thinks about learning deeply — and cares about children genuinely.

Meet the team

[Add educator names, photos and short bios as the team is hired — e.g. Centre Director, Room Leaders, in-house Chef.]
